  Young Parents Support Program

Community Care Services

The Young Parents Support Program is a supportive,
confidential program designed to meet the needs of expecting and/or parenting families. Participants are eligible through the age of twenty-three.


Our services are free. A flexible appointment schedule is available and visits are home-based. Services are open to the residents of Attleboro, Berkley, Dighton,
Mansfield, North Attleboro, Norton, Raynham,
Rehoboth, Seekonk, and Taunton.
