HEALTH INSURANCE
Community Care Services offers employees two Harvard Pilgrim Health Care plans the first pay period after 60 days of employment with a minimum 20 hours of work per week.
For regular full-time employees, the Agency pays 60% to 70% of the monthly cost depending on the plan choice. For regular part-time employees, the agency pays 40% of the monthly cost.
We recognize domestic partnership and provide excellent vision and chiropractic coverage.
The employee cost share is on a pre-tax basis.
DENTAL INSURANCE
After 60 days of employment, Community Care Services offers a Preferred Dental Organization (PDO) with in-network coverage of 100% for preventive service; 100% for basic service and 60% for major services.
For orthodontic services, we offer 60% coverage to an annual maximum of $2,000 and a lifetime maximum of $3,000 with no deductible.
The employee cost share is on a pre-tax basis.
PENSION PLAN
Employees who work twenty or more hours per week are eligible to participate in our Pension Plan after six months of employment. After one year of service, a qualified matching contribution of 100% of salary deferral contributions up to 3% of pay, plus 50% of salary deferral contributions from 3% to 5% of pay for the bi-weekly pay period will be provided. You are always 100% vested in your contributions. In addition, the employer contributions after July 1, 2010 are immediately vested.
We feature a loan provision and a full array of investment funds.

LIFE, AD&D and LONG TERM DISABILITY Employees who work thirty or more hours per week are provided with Life Insurance and AD&D at one time their annual salary with a minimum of $10,000 to a maximum $200,000 of coverage. Long Term Disability coverage is provided to employees who work thirty or more hours per week and paid, if qualified, at sixty percent of salary. These coverages are in-force the first of the month following ninety days of employment. The waiting period for coverage as the result of illness is ninety days. Coverage is free.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS (FSA)
After sixty days of employment, employees may participate in our FSA for out-of-pocket medical, dental and private insurance costs and qualified dependent day care.
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAMEarn $150 for referring a part time employee and $250 for referring a full time employee. You receive the bonus after the employee you referred has successfully completed their 6 month trial period.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT/MA TUITION REMISSION PROGRAM After twelve months of employment, our Tuition Reimbursement Program pays up to:
$1,200 annually for 1-4 years of service

for 5-9 years of service
$2,400 annually
for 10+ years of service
MA Remission Employment in a Massachusetts funded program can result in tuition remission.
