has designed a unique time-off package combining
sick, vacation,
personal, and bereavement time to support
the needs of staff. Employees may schedule
time-off after the first six months of employment.
Time-off is accrued monthly, at a rate dependent
on the employee’s length of service. For
employees who work 40 hours per week, a day
is equal to 8 hours. For
employees who work 20-39 hours per week the
PTO day will be prorated
based on the employee’s regular scheduled hours per week. For example an employee
