Personal Time Off (PTO)

Community Care Services has designed a unique time-off package combining sick, vacation, personal, and bereavement time to support the needs of staff. Employees may schedule time-off after the first six months of employment. Time-off is accrued monthly, at a rate dependent on the employee’s length of service. For employees who work 40 hours per week, a day is equal to 8 hours.  For employees who work 20-39 hours per week the PTO day will be prorated based on the employee’s regular scheduled hours per week. For example an employee who works 35 hours per week, one day is equal to 7 hours. (8hrs x 35/40).
